Storyline
Private detective Georg Wilsberg is asked by his friend Manni to carry out an investigation in order to find the necessary proof to show his uncle’s innocence in a car accident.
Georg Wilsberg sets out to perform the investigation under much emotional pressure. When the only witness to the accident, Silke Buschfeld, already contradicts herself during the first conversation, Wilsberg starts to ask himself what she may be hiding. During his investigation, the private detective does not only find out that journalist Buschfeld was also present at the scene of the crime, but also that her friend, Hans Haffner, was there at the time of the accident.
Shortly after finding out that not only journalist Buschfeld was present, but also that her friend, Hans Haffner, was there at the time of the accident, Silke Buschfeld is murdered in her apartment. Wilsberg finds out that the journalist was close to uncovering a scandal.
