The TV series Detective's Wife is centred around private detective Adam Conway, who runs a one-man detective agency assisted by his wife, Connie Conway. She solves some cases for her husband while always somehow becoming involved in the others.

Adam Conway was played by Donald Curties and his wife, Connie, by Lynn Bari. The series itself had a short transmission time. It did not survive the summer of 1950, when it was aired Friday from 20.30 to 21.00 o’clock on CBS.
